WARREN PALMER
Growing up, Warren called several places home: Indiana, Michigan, and a short but adventurous stint in Montana as a teenager. But most of his roots are in Michigan. That’s where he met his wife and partner-in-crime, Shelah. Later, they moved to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, to assist in volunteer work. The experience was meaningful and rewarding, and they didn’t mind the sun and surf either! Warren and Shelah have now settled in the greater Toronto area in Ontario, Canada, to be close to family in 2018.
Warren has broad and extensive sales, management, teaching and speaking experience. His early sales career began in modular housing sales in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. He then went to work as Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast and Southwest US territories in Specialty Truck Conversions for Centurion Vehicles, a coveted specialty vehicle manufacturer in Michigan, during which time he even sold a specialty conversion vehicle to Canada’s very own Dan Aykroyd!
This comprehensive background proved to be the very foundation needed for Warren’s career shift into the world of professional real estate. Now, as a Humber Polytechnic graduate, Warren works with Every Avenue Real Estate in Oakville looking to assist families through the complex process of finding the right home. Though new to real estate, he loves his work, as reflected in his achievements.
When he isn’t working, Warren loves spending time with Shelah, his five children and four grandchildren, and is probably seeking his next adventure, whether sailing, flying, riding his OneWheel, JetSurfing, or attempting to play guitar. If he isn’t doing one of those things, he’s probably playing another joke on his wife.
